古人说：“凡事预则立，不遇则废。”智力相同的两个学生有无学习计划，直接影响到学习效果。科学地利用时间，在有限的时间内有计划地学习，这是科学学习方法的一条重要原则。所以学习缺乏计划性是成绩难以提高的主要原因之一。

要提高学习效率，变被动学习为主动学习，做学习的主人，应把握几个步骤：

第一步就是抓好课前预习。

在预习过程中，边看、边想、边写，在书上适当勾画和写点批注。看完书后，最好能合上课本，独立回忆一遍，及时检查预习的效果，强化记忆。同时，可以初步理解教材的基本内容和思路，找出重点和不理解的问题，尝试作笔记，把预习笔记作为课堂笔记的基础。

我国古代军事家孙子有一句名言：“知己知彼，百战不殆。”这是指对自己和自己的对手有了充分的了解之后，才可能有充分的准备，也才可能克敌制胜。预习就是“知己知彼”的准备工作，就好像赛跑的枪声。虽然赛跑规则中不允许抢跑，但是在学习中却没有这一规定，不但允许抢跑，而且鼓励抢跑。做好预习学习，就是要抢在时间的前面，使学习由被动变为主动。

简言之，预习就是上课前的自学，也就是在老师讲课前，自己先独立地学习新课内容，使自己对新课有初步理解和掌握的过程。预习抓得扎实，可以大大提高学习效率。

第二步是掌握听讲的正确方法。

处理好听讲与作笔记的关系，重视课堂讨论，不断提高课堂学习效果。学生必须上好课、听好课，首先做好课前准备，包括心理上的准备、知识上的准备、物质上的准备、身体上的准备等;其次要专心听讲，尽快进入学习状态，参与课堂内的全部学习活动，始终集中注意力;第三要学会科学地思考问题，重理解，不要只背结论，要及时弄清教材思路和教师讲课的条理，要大胆设疑，敢于发表自己的见解，善于多角度验证答案;第四学生还要及时做好各种标记、批语，有选择地记好笔记。

上课是学生在学校学习的基本形式，学生在校的大部分时间是在课堂上度过的。根据教学大纲的规定，一个学生在中学上课的总数大约有二万多节。把每节课四十五分钟积累起来这将是多么惊人的时间数字啊!学习成绩的优劣，固然取决于多种因素，但如何对待每一堂课则是关键。要取得较好的成绩，首先就必须利用课堂上的四十五分钟，提高听课效率。

听课时应做到以下四点：

1、带着问题听课;

2、把握住老师讲课的思路、条理;

3、养成边听讲、边思考、边总结、边记忆的习惯，力争当堂消化、巩固知识;

4、踊跃回答老师提问。

这样基本上掌握了听课的要求。

第三步是课后复习应及时。

针对不同学科的特点，采取多种方式进行复习，真正达到排疑解难、巩固提高的目的。课后要复习教科书，抓住知识的基本内容和要点;尝试回忆，独立地把教师上课内容回想一便，养成勤思考的好习惯;同时整理笔记，进行知识的加工和补充;课后还要看参考书，使知识的掌握向深度和广度发展，形成学习上的良性循环。

复习是预习和上课的继续，它将完成预习和上课所没有完成的任务，这就是在复习过程中达到对知识的深刻理解和掌握。在理解和掌握知识的过程中提高运用的技能技巧，进而在运用知识的过程中，使知识融会贯通，举一反三，并且通过归纳、整理达到系统化，使知识真正消化吸收，成为自己知识链条中的一个有机组成部分。在复习过程中，既调动了大脑的活动，又提高了分析问题和解决问题的能力，知识也在理解的基础上得到巩固记忆。从某种意义上讲，知识掌握如何，由复习效果而定。

我今天来参加这个节目我真的很紧张，因为我要用世界上最难的语言讲东西，所以我想给大家道个歉，因为我的普通话没那么好，有的人说我有河南的口音，有的人说我有东北的口音，有一些中国人还向我学习，经常有朋友会告诉我你好，你会说中文吗，你能听得懂我说的话吗。每次弄的我莫名其妙的，你们现在不用看我开着玩笑说这个事情，因为以前我会特别烦人，因为在国外如果有一个人模仿你的口音说明他是在嘲笑你，所以以前我一直搞不明白为什么有的中国人对新的朋友会那么不友好，换位思考，你们到了国外你们说外语大家模仿你们中国的口音会爽吗，也有一些小的地方让我感觉也很奇怪，好像有的中国人觉得我是从外星来的，比如说我走在大街上大家会盯着我看，或者是突然有一个人阴阳怪气地跟我说HELLO，或者是有一些人会偷偷地拍我，或者是我在地铁要看书，所有的人要跟我一起看，我在看什么书，我当时觉得为什么会这样，因为这些原因我差点打包想回国，但是我一直很奇怪为什么会这样，所以我就留下来了。

那在接下来的日子里我认识了更多的中国朋友，他们就会跟我解释，他们告诉我有一个人模仿你的口音，他觉得跟你一模一样的语气你会更多听得懂他，我现在在中国已经待了六年，现在我发现我真的挺喜欢这里的，因为我发现中国人够哥们，因为在国外当你碰到了问题你的朋友是不会帮你的，等你把这些问题解决好了之后再过来跟他们一起玩，但是在中国是不一样，帮助朋友是理所当然的。

所以我感觉中国人很热情，但是今天我想通过我的演讲，我们中国的观众会更多的了解我们外国人的想法，因为你们可能会觉得我们外国人的口音很可爱，模仿我们很有意思，但是对有一些外国人刚到中国，尤其是对中国文化一丁点不了解的外国人就会显得有点不太礼貌，说不定会被你们吓跑了，但是今天我想通过我的演讲，我们外国的观众也会知道如果有中国人模仿你们口音，你们放心他不是恶意的，因为他想把你们之间的距离拉近，我们都知道西方和中方文化差别是存在的，每个人有不同的想法尤其是来自不同国家的人，但是通过互相的尊重、帮助和理解，我们可以把文化误解转变成成功的文化交流。

对于大多数人来说，那是一个平凡的日子。但对于一个刚刚亲眼见到最疼爱自己的奶奶，在车祸中渐渐地闭上双眼，一步一步走向天堂的小姑娘来说，该是怎样痛苦的日子!看到娇小的她，我想了那么多安慰的话语，却总觉得是如此的苍白无力!那些日子，我小心翼翼地呵护着她、关注着她。离开奶奶的第一个生日到了!怎样让孩子过一个有意义的生日?怎样让孩子重温奶奶般的关爱?我绞尽脑汁。到了头一天的晚上，我熬到深夜，精心为她制作了电子相册，小时候的照片，渐渐长大的照片，表演拉丁舞时的照片……每张照片的下面写上我的祝福。第二天，当我和她的妈妈一起走进教室祝她生日快乐时，她吃惊的眼神中饱含着幸福!含着眼泪谢谢妈妈生养了她!妈妈也含着泪祝福着女儿。同学们同样含着泪祝她漂亮、快乐、学习进步……整间教室洋溢着爱与温暖。她脸上挂满了笑容，那么甜蜜，那么灿烂!也就是从那一天开始，教室里的生日party就这样发生在六十六个孩子的身上。我在享受着别样的幸福和快乐的同时，更深切地体会到了教师的真正含义!

我为何而生

Three passions, simple but overwhelmingly strong, have governed my life: the longing for love, the search of knowledge, and unbearable pity for the suffering of mankind. These passions, like great winds, have blown me hither and thither, in a wayward course, over a deep ocean of anguish, reaching to the very verge of despair.

我的一生被三种简单却又元比强烈的激情所控制:对爱的渴望，对知识的探索和对人类苦难难以抑制的怜悯。这些激情量像狂风，把我态情吹向四方，掠过苦痛的大海，迫使我濒临绝望中的边缘。

I have sought love, first, because it brings ecstasy - ecstasy so great that I would often have sacrificed all the rest of my life for a few hours of this joy. I have sought it, next, because it relieves loneliness -that terrible loneliness in which one shivering consciousness looks over the rim of the world into the cold unfathomable abyss. I have sought it, finally, because in the union of love I have seen, in a mystic miniature, the prefiguring vision of the heaven that saints and poets have imagined. This is what I sought, and though it might seem too good for human life, this is what-at last-I have found.

Smoking And Health

Today smoking is a widespread habit ali over the world. Not only the old, the youth, but also middle school students have been engaged in smoking. Many of them think that smoking is a smart symbol.

However, smoking is harmful to one’s ,health. It contributes a lot of lung cancer, from which many people have died in the past years. It can also cause many other diseases. In a word, if you smoke, you do have a much greater chance of losing your health. Furthermore, scientific research shows that smoking is not only harmful to smokers themselves, but also a threat to public health, especially to women and children. when i was little， i did everything with my dad。 you could always find me sitting on his knee or walking and doing everything with him。 every night he would read me a bed time story and make the voices of each character。

i learnt a lot from my daddy。 i learnt to never take things to seriously and to always smile。

like many other fathers， my dad and i also has generation gap。 he is not good at or even can’t work the puter。 so when i sitting at the puter desk，he will say something like ‘you should pay more attention to your study’， ‘don’t waste time on the puter games’ ， ‘it will be bad for your eyes’ and so on。 how can i- a puter fan – reduce time on puter? so i continue studying and playing on it

to the nature, overpopulation is a big problem. more people, more pollution. and the big population is threatening the nature every second.

the rapid rise in world population is not creating problems only for the developing countries. the whole world faces the problem that raw materials are being used up at an increasing rate and food production can not keep up with the population increase. people in rich countries make the heaviest demands on the worlds resources, its food, fuel and land, and cause the most pollution. a baby born in the united states will use in his lifetime 30 times more of the worlds resources than a baby born in india. unless all the countries of the world take united action to deal with the population explosion there will be more and more people fighting for a share of less and less land, food and fuel, and the future will bring poverty, misery and war to us all.

for most of the developing countries, it is a good idea to control the population growth. for example, china has carried out birth control for years. and this plan has a GREat effect on the world population.

if the population continues to increase, if the air and water continue to be polluted, if we dont do something to protect wild-plant and wildlife species will be declining. species and biological communities have difficulty adapting to change. economic opportunities and the quality of life of future generations are also put at risk. by protecting nature, we protect ourselves.
