I went to ZhongShan Park with my classmates where participated in an environmental protection acitivity.

On that day,everyone played an important role in this environmental volunteer activity.Some classmates were handing out the leaflets of how to be an environmental volunteer and call up everyone keep the environment clean.The other classmates and I tried our best to pick up rubbish and clean the garbage cans.

ALthrough I spent 12-hour on an environmental volunteer activity,I felt so good that we`d better take part in more activities like this.They are able to help us to build a good awareness of environmental protection.

when it was time for the volunteers to leave.the elderly people thanked them for their kindness. they said it was such a beautiful day that they would remember it forever.
